Carolina Wren

Recognition

A small brown bird with a yellowish breast and belly. There is a white stripe over the eye .

Where seen

Sometimes seen on the other side of the canal on Paul Revere Loop

Jimmy’s notes

Seem always to be seen on the same tree singing. The tail is short and sticks up. They will come to suet feeders. These are the largest of the wrens found in Florida and are about 6 to 7 inches in length.
