The Old Bridge Village Gold League is a well-established club with a membership of about 50 golfers, both men and ladies of all abilities.

If you are looking for a fun group, this is it. The Club plays on Thursdays at 7 am, at the El Rio Golf Club (map), an 18-hole executive course, located on Skyline Drive, in North Fort Myers.

Play starts on the first Thursday of November, and runs through to March, concluding with a BIG BANQUET in the OBV clubhouse.

A typical day involves arriving at the club at 7 am to receive tee times, pairings, and handicaps. This is a good time to have a coffee and chat with new and old friends while waiting play. Normally the men play with the men and the ladies with the ladies.

Once a month, the club holds a "Fun Day". We play what is called a "mixed scramble". There are many variations, and we try to have a different one each month. They are always a HOOT. After this event club members normally have lunch and award prizes.
