WII SEASON - 2011

The season has now finished. In an exciting playoff between the American and National Leagues, Team #31, J&J & Guys  beat Team #17, Alley Gators to capture the OBV Wii Bowl Championship.

THE OBV WII BOWLING BANQUET WILL BE HELD APRIL 12 ON THE PARK AREA OF CONCORD DRIVE AT 4 PM. PLEASE ADVISE THE LLEWELYNS OR THE SAUNDERS IF YOU PLAN TO ATTEND AND BRING A DRINK, A DISH TO PASS AND A CHAIR. Trophies will be awarded. Food to include hamburgers and hotdogs plus music and a twilight campfire.

HOW TO PLAY

The WII bowling gamea ccommodates only four players per game. Here are the instructions to work with eight players:

For EACH string: Choose two players from each team to compete against two players from the other team. Then, start a second game with the remaining two players from each team. In all there will be a total of six games and each player will have played three times.

WII BOWLING LEAGUE RULES

Rule #1- Wrist straps must be worn when bowling
Rule #2- Bring your own drink and snack
Rule #3-Observe foul line           
Rule #4-Call host if unable to attend scheduled game. Arrange for make-up
Rule #5- Bowling shoes and shirts are not required
Rule #6-Football like celebration dance is required when scoring a strike or spare
Rule #7- Keep profanity to a minimum
Rule #8- No personal attacks
Rule #9 – Guest host is responsible for turning in scores
Rule #10-Game starts at 6:30 PM unless other arrangements are made with host
